Water Camp 2026

$200.00
sold out

The COPWDC is happy to announce that Cynthia McCullough will be conducting a two (2) day water camp here in Colorado for the first time! The camp is open to all levels (junior, apprentice, working, courier and master). Registration will begin on May 1st and will be limited to 15 handlers with COPWDC members having priority. Any remaining spots will be opened to non-members on May 15th. The COPWDC will maintain a waitlist in the event of cancellation. There will be no audit spots.

You must be present for the entire camp. NO EXCEPTIONS. Registrants will be expected to assist with set-up, tear-down, stewarding, rowing, movement of equipment, etc.  There will be a lunch break; however, lunch will not be provided. Since it is Father’s Day weekend the COPWDC kindly requests you remain at Chatfield for the entirety of the camp day as re-entry to the park is not guaranteed.

Training time will be allotted per handler. In other words, those handlers with multiple dogs, it will be up to the individual handler to split the allotted time between dogs as the handler deems appropriate.

Any questions regarding the camp can be sent to Vernita Hare at vernhare@gmail.com.
